Today’s episode is from the heart and will probably hit home deeply for many of you. We are talking about the four things you absolutely must release if you want to step into your next level self. 2026 is going to be a breakthrough year for so many of you.
I had two amazing 2026 business breakthrough calls this morning where we planned out a six figure year for one, her first six figure year in business ever. And on the other call we planned out a half million dollar year. Not only did we decide on an income goal, but we planned out exactly how we are going to reach that target.
If I asked you what your projection for 2026 is, and you say 300,000 dollars, and I ask you how we are going to get there and you have no idea, chances are you’re probably not going to hit that goal. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
Breakthrough Calls
At the time of this recording, we have a handful of 2026 breakthrough calls left. So if you would like to book a private business strategy intensive to goal map 2026 together, you can find more information here.
In both of these calls, we set the intention to also leave a version of us behind as we evolve into the next level CEO versions of ourselves. This is not the version of you repeating the same habits, fears, limitations, or narratives. This is your invitation to leave all of that behind. The version of you we are calling in is the version who is expanding, growing, scaling, taking up space, making big moves, and creating a new reality. Creating the income and lifestyle you know you are meant for.
So the four things we are going to dive into today are subtle. Sometimes they are so subtle that you don’t even realize they are running on default, on repeat in the background, but they are often the exact reason you feel stuck or are not seeing the results that you want. So if you feel like you’re on the edge of something bigger and you know that next year is your year, then this episode is for you.
You Do NOT Need to Feel Ready
Let’s start with the big one. This was mentioned in both breakthrough calls: the belief that you need to be ready or feel ready or see results in front of you before you take action. It’s a catch 22 because you need to be doing different things in order to become a different person.
Think about how many times this has shown up in your life or business in the past. When you feel like you will do certain things when you have more time, or when you feel more stable, or you will outsource and hire when you make more money (check out my tips for outsourcing here), or you will show up when you’re more confident, or you need to fix things before starting something new. These thoughts always creep up because they sound responsible and they keep you in your comfort zone. It sounds logical but ultimately it is the safe way.
The truth is all of this is fear in disguise. It’s keeping you safe. Your next level does not come from feeling ready or seeing the results first. It comes from taking action, messy imperfect action, even if you feel like you’re going to fail. Even if you’re scared. You need to be taking different actions first.
Every major shift in my life, whether quitting my corporate job, starting my business, moving abroad, choosing to give birth in another city I had never been to before, traveling full time, becoming a mom, taking months off for maternity and trusting that my team and systems would carry me through multiple five figure months, I never felt ready before I did any of those things.
Last year I had no idea how to be a mom. I remember freaking out because I didn’t know how to change a diaper. I had never held a baby before, and the fear is always there, but you have to choose to go first. I chose to take the leap even when I didn’t have every step mapped out. The decision to move will create the clarity and confidence you need before starting. Readiness is built through action, not before it.
So ask yourself where you are delaying or hesitating, where you are waiting for permission, or where you are telling yourself you are not ready as an excuse to stay comfortable. Your breakthrough will come from recognizing those blocks and deciding you will take the first imperfect step into the unknown.
Eliminate Playing Small
The next thing you must eliminate is playing small. You cannot be the best kept secret and the next level version of you at the same time. Playing small looks like hiding behind the scenes, watering down your voice, trying to please everyone on the internet, not promoting your offers, posting safe content instead of what you actually want to say, or being overly humble, quiet, or careful online.
Playing small doesn’t protect you. It prevents you from being who you need to be as a business owner. Your message and expertise can only help people if you share them. When I first started my business, I was terrified of being seen. My Instagram was only reposting content from others. I didn’t show up on camera because I didn’t want people to judge me. I wanted things to be perfect.
The moment you stop worrying about what others think and instead start worrying about being too silent or too small, everything changes. Visibility is required for elevation. People must know you in order for their lives to be changed. It doesn’t mean you have to shout. It means showing up authentically and not editing yourself to make others comfortable. Your next level self takes up space.
So if you have been hiding, dimming your light, or shrinking because of fear, consider this your sign to let it go and be seen.
Release Subconscious Guilt
The next thing you must eliminate is subconscious guilt. This affects almost every person I have coached. It can look like feeling guilty about wanting more, earning more, outgrowing people or relationships, charging what you’re worth, increasing your prices, taking time for yourself, saying no, or simply having higher standards.
Success requires focused, protected energy, and guilt drains that energy. You self sabotage with guilt. You start expanding and feeling good, but then a part of you feels bad. Guilty that you’re doing better than others, or have more freedom, or grew faster, or are outgrowing environments that once felt comfortable. Guilt keeps you small.
This next level requires you to release guilt about expanding, making more money, success coming easily, leaving old identities behind, or staying somewhere others wanted you to stay. You are not selfish. You are not greedy for wanting more. You are allowed to grow.
Stop Doing Everything Alone
Finally, the fourth thing you must eliminate is trying to do everything alone. You are allowed to receive help. You don’t need to hustle or burn out to be successful. Your ideal business is built from systems and support that carry you through different life chapters.
When you try to carry everything yourself, you eventually hit a ceiling because you can only do so much energetically, financially, emotionally, and creatively. Many people struggle to receive help because they think they can just figure it out, or no one can do it as well as they can, or asking for support is a sign of weakness.
This was one of the biggest shifts for me after becoming a mom. Just because I can do everything myself doesn’t mean that I should. I don’t want to be sleep deprived and running on empty. It is not sustainable and it does not keep the people around me thriving.
Your next level requires delegating, automating, outsourcing, simplifying, having systems, investing in support, and allowing help into your world. You expand not by doing more, but by thinking differently about how you can do less and achieve more.
Repeat after me: my next level self is fully supported. My next level self is energized. My next level self is abundant and spacious. She built a life where she doesn’t have to carry everything alone.
Closing Thoughts
The next few weeks are going to be transformational. You are on the verge of a breakthrough. Your next level is coming to you and you just have to allow yourself to let go of what no longer aligns.
If today’s episode resonated, send me a DM on Instagram and tell me which part hit the deepest. And if you are ready for support and mentorship in your online business, everything is linked in the show notes.
I will see you in the next episode. Have an amazing week, my loves.
