The Final 10 Weeks of the Year!

Hello, my loves. Welcome back to the podcast. I am recording this episode from Florianópolis, Brazil. As many of you may know, after having my baby in Brazil, I am now a permanent resident, and I am so excited to share that I just booked my proficiency exam for Portuguese citizenship next month.

In order to become a citizen, I need to pass a language exam. It’s crazy to think that at the beginning of the year, I was just starting to learn Portuguese and now I am fluent enough to hopefully pass this exam. It just shows that so much can happen in a year, in just a few months, if you really set your mind to it.

We are officially down to the final 10 weeks of the year, the final 10 weeks of 2025 and that means it is time for a reality check. This is not the time to slow down in your business. This is the exact time to get intentional and strategic, and end the year feeling really proud and confident, ready to invite in the next level.

\In today’s episode, we’re talking about what to do now to end the year strong. Whether you are an influencer, a coach, a service provider, or a digital product creator, I’m going to be sharing the actions that move the needle right now and set you up for success for the rest of the year and into next year.

I know many people default to taking it slow towards the end of the year because of the holidays, but let’s go against the grain. I’m inviting you to try even harder to capitalize on this season. Q4 is when people spend the most and it’s also when they prepare for the year to come.

I’m going to be sharing seven action items that will help you finish the year strong and set the tone for 2026.

Revisit Your Highest ROI Goals

The first thing I want you to do is to take a moment, pause, and reflect. Look back at your year so far and assess where your biggest wins came from. Maybe you launched a new offer, signed multiple clients from one reel, or found a new way to promote your newest product or service.

Now is the time to revisit your highest return-on-investment goals, the ones that gave you the biggest returns, whether in money, energy, or visibility. Ask yourself: What actions directly brought in revenue this year? Which products or offers sold the easiest? Which felt the most aligned? What marketing channels actually converted, not just the ones you were active on?

You don’t need to reinvent the wheel to finish strong. We’re not creating new products or new marketing strategies from scratch. We’re focusing on the 20% of actions that give you 80% of your results, and eliminating the rest.

If your email list drives most of your sales, focus on your email list. (Check out this blog post for a beginners guide to Email Marketing). If Instagram DMs convert the best for you, spend more time nurturing those relationships. If your digital product consistently sells, hone in on optimizing that funnel instead of starting something new.

Clarity brings momentum. You have enough data from the first 10 months of this year to know what’s working. You can’t hit a target you’re not aiming for, so figure out what to focus on for these last 10 weeks and double down from there.

Double Down on What’s Working

Once you’ve identified what’s working, amplify it. If your ads are performing well, increase the budget and track your return on ad spend. If your stories convert the best, commit to showing up daily and adding a clear call to action to purchase, sign up, or comment a keyword that triggers an automated response through ManyChat.

Maybe your affiliate content drives passive income, create more of that before the year ends. Many entrepreneurs get distracted trying to fix what’s broken instead of scaling what’s thriving. But the fastest path to more income now is to fuel what already works.

Don’t be afraid to repurpose or duplicate. Your audience needs to hear your message multiple times before they buy. Share old content that still resonates. Resurface your best-performing posts and turn them into reels, emails, or carousel reminders. The energy right now should be more of what’s working and less of what’s not.

Plan a Profitable Black Friday Sale

Like I mentioned before, now is the best time to be selling because people are wired to spend through the holidays. Once you’ve doubled down on what’s working and know which offer sells easiest, you can create a simple, profitable Black Friday campaign to generate quick cash flow. I have a full blog and podcast episode on Black Friday here.

Think through which offer or bundle you will promote. You don’t always have to discount, you can add bonuses, VIP access, or limited-time bundles to stack value. The goal is to reward action-takers and close the year with momentum and cash flow. Choose your offer, your best-performing platforms, and create sales emails and content to drive traffic to your main offer.

Offer Early Bird Pricing for 2026 Programs

If applicable, leverage holiday energy by launching early bird pricing for your 2026 offers masterminds, group programs, retreats, conferences, or private coaching. Give your loyal audience the chance to join early at the best rate and capitalize on the new-year momentum.

People want to start the year off with change. This builds excitement, helps you plan ahead, and locks in cash flow before the year even ends. It also signals confidence in your brand that you’re thinking long term.

October and November are the best time to map this out. Open spots for next year and give people a reason to take action this month. I usually recommend a solid 10–20% discount or an exclusive payment plan. Make it attractive and focus on the transformation you’re offering at a no-brainer price point.

Reactivate Your Audience and Leads

Now is also the perfect time to reactivate your audience and leads. Think about everyone who has interacted with your brand this year. People who downloaded freebies, joined your newsletter, replied to a story, or reached out but didn’t buy. Create campaigns specifically for them.

You can send a re-engagement email with your best content or a special offer. Host a free live training or mini challenge to warm them up again. Personally follow up with leads who didn’t respond, people get busy, and Q4 is when they start thinking about the new year and investing in themselves.

Don’t assume they’re not interested. Remind them why now is the best time to commit.

Commit to Consistency and Focus

Let’s talk about mindset in these last 10 weeks: consistency over chaos. The final quarter can feel overwhelming with holidays, travel, and family commitments but consistency is what separates the businesses that coast from those that grow and scale. You don’t need to do everything, but you do need to do the important things regularly. Post valuable content weekly, send emails weekly, check your metrics, and nurture your audience. Your future clients are watching how you show up right now. I have an entire blog post about how to prepare your business for the holidays.

If they see you being consistent, confident, and steady, it builds trust heading into the new year. Show up as the next-level business owner and commit to your own consistency.

Prioritize Income-Generating Activities

Finally, focus on actions that create cash flow now. Ask yourself daily, “What can I do today that moves money or momentum?” Every piece of content should have a clear call to action to sign up, purchase, or book.

When you host a live training, have a call to action. When you run Black Friday campaigns or early bird pricing, remember: you are selling and creating cash flow. Reach out to warm leads, relaunch mini offers, send flash-sale emails.

Prioritize actions that generate cash instead of creating content for content’s sake. Momentum loves action, and having cash flow gives you the breathing room to dream bigger and better for 2026.

Simplify your focus. Reach more people. Send more people to a direct link to purchase from you.
