The Exact Game Plan to Hit Your First $100K

Ready to finally hit your first $100K in business? In this episode, I’m walking you through the exact game plan that will take you from 0 to 6-figures. Whether you’re starting from scratch or already have an audience, you’ll learn the numbers you need to focus on and the strategy to make it inevitable.

The $100K Gameplan

Welcome back to the Wanderlover Podcast. Today we are going over the exact game plan to hit your first $100K in business online. After coaching hundreds of clients over the years and helping them scale to their first $100K, I’m giving you the exact strategy to hit your first six figures.

This is exactly what I would do today if I were starting over from zero. Zero audience, zero offer, zero business, and zero income. I actually wrote down every single step and this whole explanation in my newest zero-to-$100K game plan, which you can grab for free here.

This episode was inspired by a few members inside the Wanderlover Coaching Group. One member voiced that they needed clarity on the process of making money online and scaling. Another member said there’s so much information online that they experience paralysis by analysis on next steps.

I know how overwhelming it can feel looking at all the information online from other creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses that seemingly have made it, and you are there wondering, how am I possibly going to get there?

But honestly, once you see the math, once you understand the whole framework, it becomes not only achievable, but you’ll look around the community and realize that it is inevitable for you. Whether you’re just starting out with no audience or you’ve already built a small following, dabbled in a few products or services, or aren’t sure how to monetize or further scale, this episode will break down the simple numbers and steps you need to follow.

Shift Your Mindset

Step number one: mindset. Getting to $100K is simply a numbers game, but your mindset drives your actions. Adopt the mindset of an entrepreneur. Your thoughts influence your actions, and your actions in turn change your reality.

Most of us have subconscious limiting beliefs that hold us back from our full potential. The great news is, you always have the choice to change your thoughts.

For example, I was not happy in my corporate job, but the thoughts I was thinking at the time landed me exactly where I was. My brain was previously wired like an employee, so it led me to being an employee. I thought: entrepreneurship is risky, the market is saturated, stability only comes from a paycheck, or I need to wait for someone else to tell me what to do.

Then I learned to think differently, from corporate to entrepreneur. From being a consumer to being a creator, from scrolling to posting, from scarcity to abundance, from saving to investing. I went from being an employee to a CEO, calling the shots.

The most important shift I learned over the past decade was moving from being risk-averse to thinking, “What if I fly?” rather than “What if I fail?” Limiting beliefs keep us stuck, but you do not need all the answers before you start. Remember: done is better than perfect.

Create a High Ticket Offer

Step number two: focus on one high-ticket offer. If you’re starting from zero audience, it’s easier to hit $100K with a high-ticket offer—$1,000 or above. You can always create lower-ticket items later, but initially, focus on a vehicle to collect large payments in your back pocket.

You don’t need to be the world’s expert. You just need to be a few steps ahead of someone else and able to help them. Think about what lights you up and where you can support others. This could be Instagram coaching, resumes, editing podcasts, or curating social media feeds. Then package it into a one-on-one offer priced at $1,000 or above.

High-ticket offers build confidence fast, bring cash flow without needing thousands of customers, and provide direct experience that can later be scaled into courses or memberships. One Platform Focus

Step number three: focus on one organic platform. Beginners often fail because they try to be everywhere at once. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube. When you chase two rabbits, you catch neither.

Personally, I recommend Instagram. Reels and short-form videos give fast growth from zero. Stories and photos only reach your existing followers, but reels bring in new people, and you can sell directly in your content using ManyChat to automate sales.

Action plan: post one reel or carousel daily. Inspire, educate, or sell in each one, and include a discovery call link for your high-ticket offer in your bio. Your first client or sale will give you confidence and proof that your income does not have to be tied to your time.

Reinvest in Your Business

Step number four: reinvest and scale. When your first payments come in, don’t spend them immediately. Instead, reinvest.

First, land your high-ticket clients and get paid. Then package your one-on-one methods into courses, memberships, or digital products. Reinvest into ads and systems to scale. I first reinvested in paid advertising, mentors and business coaches. The first time I spent $6,600 on a mastermind, it terrified me but changed my life.

You must learn from people who are where you want to be and act outside of your comfort zone. Package your methods, get testimonials, and then scale. From $5K months to $10K months consistently, it’s all about proof, systems, and reinvesting strategically.

Find Your Community

Step number five: community. Online entrepreneurship can feel lonely. If your family or friends don’t get it, and if you travel full-time, you’re not surrounded by people pushing you forward. That’s why community is everything.

Join masterminds, memberships, and online communities. See what’s possible when others succeed. I call them expanders – people who expand your frame of reference for what’s possible. They provide accountability.

Remember, you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. Surround yourself with growth-oriented entrepreneurs. Execution over knowledge, starting before you feel ready, and direction over speed are key takeaways. If I can do it, you can too. The path to $100K isn’t just about money, it’s about freedom, fulfillment, and living life on your own terms.
