High Energy, High Frequency

Hello my loves – Happy 2026! We are starting this year with high energy, high frequency. As I’m recording this, I’m personally stepping into 2026 from a very different place than when I first started my online business. I’m growing my business and my family in alignment and building from a much deeper understanding of what actually creates growth over the long term.

If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that 2026 has the potential to be your best year yet because you will focus more intentionally. A lot of people feel motivated at the beginning of the year. Motivation alone doesn’t create results — can you relate? Growth comes from alignment between your vision, your daily decisions, and the systems supporting them.

When those things are connected, momentum becomes sustainable instead of exhausting. And that’s what I want to talk about today: what truly deserves your focus in 2026 if you want massive growth in your business and in all areas of your life.

Why Clarity Is the Foundation of Growth in 2026

The first thing to focus on this year is clarity. Most people are stuck not because they lack ideas, but because they have way too many — too many goals, too many offers, too many directions.

So I want you to ask yourself: in your lifetime, if whatever you say now will come true, what is it that you ultimately want out of your life? Remember that life is not a dress rehearsal. You have one shot. Most of you already know this intuitively, so give yourself permission to say it out loud, even if it feels impossible right now.

From there, let’s work backwards. Ask yourself, what is the one thing you will focus on in 2026 to get you one step closer to that goal? We have to think long-term this year. Growth starts with choosing a primary lane and committing to it.

In business, this might mean identifying your core offer, your main audience, or your strongest platform. When you chase two rabbits, you won’t catch either one. When your energy isn’t being pulled in ten different directions, execution becomes simpler and results compound faster.

Let’s say you want to be a full-time content creator in your lifetime. Then in 2026, you focus on one platform and one strategy to grow on that platform. Do you see how clarity makes it so much easier to focus?

Honouring the Season of Life You’re In

Clarity also means being honest about what season of life you are currently in. There are seasons for expansion and seasons for consolidation, and both are valuable. 2026 doesn’t need to be about doing everything at once. It needs to be about doing the right things consistently.

When you align your expectations with your capacity, you stop feeling behind and you start feeling grounded. For example, I entered last year in my third trimester of pregnancy, so I knew it was not a season for scaling or hustle. Although it was nerve-wracking to completely take my foot off the pedal in my business, I knew it was necessary for long-term growth and I had full faith in my team.

Ask yourself: what season of life are you currently in, and how can you honour that?

Building Systems That Support the Life You Want

The next major focus is building systems that support the life you actually want to live. A business that relies entirely on your constant presence will eventually limit your growth. This year, look at where you can simplify, automate, or delegate.

This could be refining your content process, tightening your client onboarding, creating clearer workflows behind the scenes, or expanding your team. For example, if your goal in 2026 is to hit 10,000 YouTube subscribers, create a batching plan that allows you to post consistently for 52 weeks without burning out.

Instead of constantly thinking of new ideas, recording every week, editing every week, and publishing every week, think about how you can make this process easier. Can you batch episode titles, recording sessions, editing sessions, and schedule videos in advance? This is how you future-proof your business by laying foundations today.

Visibility, Content, and Consistency Over Perfection

Visibility and content also play a huge role in growth this year. Instead of trying to show up everywhere, focus on depth and consistency. Choose one or two platforms where your audience already is and commit to showing up regularly with clear messaging. If you want help picking the right platform, this full blog will help you decide.

You do not need to be on every single social media platform. That isn’t sustainable. Your content doesn’t need to be perfect — it just needs to start and be consistent. Repetition builds trust, and trust drives growth.

Making Aligned Decisions Without Overthinking

Another key focus this year is decision-making. Growth slows down when every decision feels heavy or emotionally charged. In 2026, the goal is to make aligned decisions more quickly and then give them time to work instead of overthinking or relying on others to give you the answer.

Trust your gut. Take your first instinct and run with it. This alone will save you so much time and lead to far more action.

Financial Clarity as a Non-Negotiable

Financial clarity is another non-negotiable focus for 2026. Knowing your numbers gives you power. Understand where your revenue comes from, which offers are most profitable, and where you may be leaking energy or money.

Growth becomes much easier when decisions are made from data instead of emotion. This year might involve simplifying your offers, adjusting your pricing, or creating more predictable income streams that support stability.

Expanding Your Capacity to Hold More

As your business grows, your capacity needs to grow with it. One of the biggest reasons people self-sabotage success is because they haven’t expanded their ability to hold more.

Focus on regulating your nervous system and protecting your energy. This might look like setting better boundaries, prioritising rest, or allowing things to be easier. When you’re grounded, you lead better and make clearer decisions.

Alignment: The Thread That Ties Everything Together

Ultimately, alignment ties everything together. When your business and your life are aligned, growth feels expansive instead of heavy. Alignment doesn’t mean everything is easy, but it does mean your actions feel true to who you are.

Think about that lifetime goal you set for yourself. Do your actions support it? Even if you need to take a few steps back, are those actions ultimately leading you where you want to go? Or are you distracting yourself or procrastinating?

When you trust yourself and honour your values, momentum builds naturally. You stop forcing outcomes and start allowing growth to unfold.

How to Make 2026 Your Most Powerful Year Yet

If you want 2026 to be your best year yet, focus on clarity, systems, and consistency. Choose to trust yourself. Know that you are the best driver for the vehicle of your life and where you want to go.

Commit to fewer things more deeply, stay present through the process, and remember: this is how massive growth actually happens and how you build a sustainable business in this day and age.
