Best Bali Coworking Spaces for Digital Nomads

Bali Indonesia is PERFECT for digital nomads and remote workers because of its diverse environment, cheap cost of living, lush jungles and beautiful beaches, and fast internet connection.

It holds such a special place in my heart because it’s where I travelled to after quitting my corporate job and going full-time with The Wanderlover. Bali is also where I celebrated my first client, my first 5-figure month, learned to surf, and met my husband!

I’ve found so many coworking spaces that are conducive to productivity, so you can really focus on work and growing your business. They have networking events, phone booths, and the coolest people!

I stayed in Canggu most of the time because of the expat scene, so most I went to were Canggu coworking spaces.

I’m so excited to share my favorites with you!

BWork

BWork is hands down my favorite coworking space in Canggu. I get a membership with them every time whether I am staying for a few days or a few months.

It’s gorgeous, spacious, quiet, and has everything you need. Focusing on community, BWork welcomes traveling professionals, small business owners and entrepreneurs to work and relax.

BWork has a large open-air rooftop yoga studio, meeting rooms, focus rooms, a casual working space, indoor and outdoor workspaces, and even a pool!

It truly suits every mood and work style. My husband prefers working in a cafe, and I prefer working in complete silence, so it was perfect because he sat in the common area while I was in the focus room.

The organizers at BWork also offer community events like yoga training, salsa classes, pilates, surfing, crafting lessons and unforgettable day trips, so it’s the perfect place to make friends as well.

You can find their hours, location, and latest pricing on their website.

Outpost Canggu

Outpost in Berawa Canggu is the first coworking space I ever went to in my entire life. It was super convenient because it was located right next to the CrossFit gym I went to in Berawa.

I met some of my closest friends at Outpost, and I know you will love it as well. The only reason I don’t go anymore is because I usually stay near Batu Bolong and Echo Beach.

But when I was staying Berawa, Outpost was my coworking bestie.

Outpost has two locations, one in Canggu and one in Berawa. They offer entrepreneurs high-end accommodation in their Coliving, chic coworking spaces, and a laidback vibe. You can also opt to book in one of their meeting or focus rooms.

If this is your first time in Bali and you’re looking for a place to work and stay, Outpost will definitely have you set up in no time.

They organize many activities, dinners, and my favorite – speaker series!

You can find their hours, location, and latest pricing on their website.

Tropical Nomad

Tropical Nomad has an awesome garden with shaded and sunny areas, perfect for working, relaxing and socializing. Image: Tropical Nomad

Tropical Nomad is surrounded by rice fields and offers an authentic escape for entrepreneurs. It’s located right by the Canggu shortcut and has a tropical setting indoors and outs.

They have an open-concept workspace and you can connect with other digital nomads at the cafe or in the garden.

They have a fitness center and dedicated surf racks so you can go straight for a surf after work!

You can find their hours, location, and latest pricing on their website.

Dojo

UPDATE: Unfortunately in 2023, Dojo Bali had to permanently close its doors due to a spike in rent.

With an outdoor pool area, yoga classes, and trendy accommodation, you could easily be fooled into thinking that the Dojo is just another hip hotel. In fact, it is a wonderful coworking space with fantastic coliving options tailored to the needs of digital nomads.

If you’re new to Bali, Dojo is THE place to meet like-minded professionals while slipping into your new work routine. It’s one of Canggu’s oldest coworking spaces!

It is located walking distance to Echo Beach with local warungs, shops, beach clubs, and surf shops like Boardriders.

Kinship Studio

Designed specifically for creatives, the Kinship Studio is a collaborative property with a shared working space and a selection of private studios. From photography to ceramics, this space caters to everyone looking to create. With access to regular workshops and events, it is a wonderful place to learn, connect and exchange skills.

You can find their hours, location, and latest pricing on their website.

Conclusion

If you are considering coming to Bali, know that there are plenty of coworking spaces to choose from. Literally hundreds of them.

Beyond its beautiful scenery and great surf, the island also boasts a unique cultural experience filled with like-minded people looking to connect, collaborate and learn from one another. With strong and stable wifi, you can feel rest assured that you will get the job done.

As an entrepreneur in Bali, you can create the work-life balance you’ve been longing for. So, if you’re ready for a change and want to experience life as a digital nomad, then it might just be time to make the move.
